Whether your project is full removal or trimming, moving your valuables away from the worksite is appreciated. Considering the best route for the crew to transfer the material from the job site to our chipper is also helpful. This could mean relocating vehicles or trailers from driveways to ensure a wide path for the crew to drag brush and haul it away. Keeping you and your pets at safe distances during our visit is key, in addition to cleaning up after your pets if we are working within their “drop zone”. Debris may temporarily limit access to your property and vehicle traffic through the worksites is prohibited. Staging a vehicle outside of the scope of work ensures the option to exit your property while tree care is taking place.

If present, reviewing the scope of work with our crew leaders is welcomed. Our team performs within the scope of work provided and approved as stated in your quote. Additional requests beyond the quote description may be subject to increased fees or a return visit. Review the quote thoroughly (found in your client hub) and relay any questions or concerns to the office staff before your scheduled tree care date. Payment by check or cash at the time of service is preferred but can be made electronically with your emailed invoice. Receipt of payment will be sent from our office.
